Our industry, organization, and department have faced increasingly complex change over the last few years. In order to better meet the needs of our patients while ensuring short and long-term financial viability, we have had to learn to think and operate in innovative ways. Towards that end and based on their abilities, several individuals have been selected for new roles that will enhance patient experience, safety, quality of care, and reimbursement:

Bobbie Burrow, Quality Specialist: Bobbie will work to maintain MRI safety, elevate image quality, and improve appointment access.	Cindy Gaskins, Clinical Imaging Preauthorization Specialist: Cindy will identify and educate others on incorrect radiology exam ordering and changing insurance requirements.	Trecia Wertz, Enterprise Solution Architect: Trecia will support the Division of Imaging Informatics in the employment of technology to promote care delivery and communication improvement.
