Emotions were running high and tears were flowing freely as 19 Emory Medical Imaging Graduates received their Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science. Don Character, RT(R), Radiology Manager at EUHM, was the graduation speaker.  He reminded the students that it is still possible to be successful through hard work, determination, and the respectful treatment of others. He wanted students to remember that “people may forget what you said, they may forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.”

Through the Emory Medical Imaging Program, aspiring Radiologic Technologists [RT(R)], along with practicing technologists, are given the opportunity to gain specialized  skills in the areas of MRI, CT, IR, women’s health, education or administration. This year, nine graduates completed their program with a focus in MRI, two in CT, four in interventional radiology, one in women’s health, and three in administration. The Medical Imaging Program faculty wishes the Class of 2015 success and happiness as they move forward in their lives and careers.
