Having trouble at work?

In our pursuit to become a destination department, we have the collective pleasure of and responsibility for creating a positive work environment. Fulfilling these duties means providing support and accountability to one another (including our leaders). Additionally, we improve by raising awareness and escalating our concerns.

As Department Chair Dr. Meltzer has stated many times, nothing is more important to our department than our people. Please know that your safety, success, and well-being at work are departmental priorities. As you have questions, concerns or ideas about fairness and accountability in your area, please share or escalate your concerns according to the following guidance.
