Henok Abate
Imaging Workflow Specialist, Neuroradiology
Henok (Henny) Abate joins Emory Radiology as an imaging workflow specialist. He’s been at Emory for 14 months with patient care as his area of focus. Henok graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in psychology. He considers himself gregarious and a team player and hopes to ameliorate daily operations.
Neeti R. Bagadiya, MD
Assistant Professor
Dr. Neeti R. Bagadiya earned her doctor of medicine in interventional urologic oncology with Research Distinction at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2013. She completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at New York University in 2018 and completed a fellowship in breast imaging at Emory University in 2019. Dr. Bagadiya’s primary clinical/scholarly focus is breast imaging.
Judy Gichoya, MD
Assistant Professor
Dr. Judy Gichoya earned her medical degree at Moi University in Kenya, in 2009. She completed a master of science in health informatics at Indiana University Purdue University (IUPUI) in 2012. In 2018, she completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Indiana University. Her articles have been published in journals including the Journal of the American College of Radiology and the Journal of Biomedical Informatics.
Lance T. Hall, MD
Associate Professor
In 2000, Dr. Lance T. Hall completed his medical degree at the Baylor College of Medicine. He completed residencies in neurosurgery at the West Virginia University Hospital in 2003 and nuclear medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in 2007. Prior to joining Emory in 2019, he held positions at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Radiology Regional Center, Tomah Memorial Hospital, Sheboygan Memorial Hospital-Valley View, Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Grant Memorial Hospital. His primary clinical/scholarly focus is nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.
Christina Huang, MD
Assistant Professor
In 2013, Dr. Christina Huang completed her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. She went on to complete her residency in radiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2018 and completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at Emory University in 2019. Dr. Huang’s clinical/scholarly focus is in emergency and trauma imaging.
Kelda Kemp, RN, MSN, ACNP-BC
Advanced Practice Provider
A native of Atlanta, Kelda completed a bachelor’s degree in health education and behavior at the University of Georgia, bachelor’s degree in nursing at the Medical College of Georgia, and a master’s in nursing at Emory University. Prior to her current role, she was an intensivist for the Hospital Medicine Service at Emory Midtown and was in a leadership role with the neuroscience intensive care unit (ICU) for ten years. She’s been an Emory employee for 15 years and will continue her career with the Division of Interventional Radiology at Emory Midtown.
Saima Muzahir, MD
Assistant Professor
In 1998, Dr. Saima Muzahir earned her medical degree from Nishtar Medical College. She went on to complete residencies in nuclear medicine at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Center in 2010 and a fellowship in PET/CT at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in 2011. In 2013, she completed a residency in nuclear medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics and completed a PET/CT fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in 2014. Prior to Emory, she held positions at Tennessee Interventional and Imaging Associates and International Lions Club Free Medical Dispensary. Her clinical scholarly focus is nuclear medicine.
John O'Keefe, MD
Assistant Professor
Dr. John J. O’Keefe earned his medical degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2013. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology in 2018 and fellowship in diagnostic neuroradiology in 2019 at Emory University. His clinical/scholarly focus is with both the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging and the Division of Neuroradiology.
